Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases on RankFlow, operated by CALVIOR LIMITED (Company No. 17193526). All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

1. Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
• Because plans unlock usage immediately, renewals are generally non-refundable once the new period has started and the included usage has been substantially used.

2. 7-day consideration

If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and contact us within 7 days, and you have not substantially used that period's quota, we will review your request and may issue a refund at our discretion.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and the approximate date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
